We were told staff applied cold wet paper towels as first aid. Another said a person had passed out while on board. One lady told us she felt nauseated and had a headache. While on our way back, we heard from many people who were very, very angry about their time on the Sun Cruise this day. Casino management said they could do nothing about it. The machine took the $5 dollars, but did not even bother to show me a losing hand, it just took the money. By that I mean many were seriously sweating, hair was wet and faces were red. People who were waiting in line to leave the casino looked awful. Before we even boarded the casino, you could smell cigarette smoke. Guests started to joke about swimming back to shore if necessary. It was loud enough to make many wonder if the engine was about to blow up. The boat stops 3 or 4 times before we get to the casino. It was not latched as it should have been. A solid steel door flies open, almost hitting my husband in the knee. We finally got under way, the air conditioning inside the ferry fails.
